- On the MyConversationTrainer website, select the Login button for your account type (Student or Instructor).
- Click Forgot your password?.
- When prompted, enter the email address associated with your MyConversationTrainer account and click Recover Password.
- In your email inbox, open the email from notifications@myconversationtrainer.com titled "Reset your password."
- Click the Link in the email. Note: this link is good for 20 minutes.
- On the next screen, enter and confirm a new password in the fields provided.
- Click Accept. Note: a success message should appear in lower right corner of your screen advising that your password was successfully updated.
- Return to the MyConversationTrainer Login page and click Login after entering your email address and new password.
What do I do if I don't receive the "Reset your password email?"
Add notifications@myconversationtrainer.com to your email account's address book or list of approved senders in order to be sure that the password reset email arrives safely in your inbox. If you did not receive a password reset email, check your email's Spam, Junk or Bulk folders.
