  • I can’t find my program on my vhlcentral home page. What do I do? Scroll through to the bottom of your page and look for a newer version of the program. How do I know which program I’ve been transitioned to? Click here to find out.
  • How do I access my old course? Your old course is no longer available.
  • I downloaded student scores from my old course before it disappeared. Can I now upload this information my new course? No.
  • Now that I have access to a newer edition of the program Supersite, can I create a course? When may my students enroll my new course? Yes. Students may enroll at any time.
  • Does the transition to a program's upgraded Supersite affect the access duration for users (students and teachers)?
    • If your school purchased access via a site license: No, the school/district retains the remaining time on a program's site license.
    • If your school purchased access codes for each student or if it requires students/parents to purchase codes: No, length of access granted by a code retains the remaining time.
