If your school’s administration partners with your campus Follett bookstore team to implement digital course materials delivery for Follett Access Program courses, please review the information in this article about planned transitions.

 

Course Transitions for Follett-Willo Digital Delivery for Follett Access Program 

  • An LTI integration will be/has been established between your school's LMS, Follett-Willo Labs, and vhlcentral, which will replace any existing vhlcentral-direct LTI integrations.
  • Direct LTI integrations with vhlcentral will be terminated. Please contact Follett-Willo Labs or your school for transition dates and information. 
  • All courses that are a part of the Follett Access Program at your school will be set up using the Follett-Willo Labs LTI integration.
  • Students will access their vhlcentral course materials via your school’s LMS through the Follett-Willo Labs integration when they enroll and begin their course.

FAQs Instructors

Question: If my US institution uses Follett-Willo Labs Digital Delivery for Follett Access Program courses can I set-up an LTI-Advantage integration with vhlcentral?

Answer: Yes, you may set-up an LTI-Advantage integration for vhlcentral via Follett-Willo Digital Delivery. You may contact Follett Support via the Follett Faculty Resources Hub to schedule a time to meet with a Campus Integrations team member. You can also locate resources to help you with set up your vhl courseware in the Follett-Willo LTI-Advantage Resources section of this article. 

 

Question: If my Canada institution uses Willo Labs can I set-up an LTI-Advantage integration with vhlcentral?

Answer: At this time, Vista Higher Learning does not support LTI-Advantage integration for vhlcentral via Willo Labs for institutions outside the US. We can only assist with a direct-to-vhlcentral LTI-Advantage integration.

 

Question: If my US school requires students to gain access to my courses via the Follett ACCESS Program do I have to set-up an LTI-Advantage integration with Follett-Willo Labs if I have not been using LTI-Advantage in past courses? 

Answer:  Yes.  You may contact Follett Support via the Follett Faculty Resources Hub to schedule a time to meet with a Campus Integrations team member. You can also locate resources to help you with set up your vhl courseware in the Follett-Willo LTI-Advantage Resources section of this article. 

 

Question: May I continue using my existing LTI-Advantage integration for vhlcentral if my institution has moved to Follett-Willo Labs Digital Delivery for Follett Access Program courses?

Answer: You may continue to enjoy the benefits of an LTI-Advantage integration with vhlcentral, but you will have to make some changes. If you received an email about next steps on how to transition your direct-to-vhl integration to a Follett-Willo Labs Digital Delivery LTI-Advantage integration for this academic year’s courses, please contact Follett Support via the Follett Faculty Resources Hub to schedule a time to meet with a Campus Integrations team member. You can also locate resources to help you with set up your vhl courseware in the Follett-Willo LTI-Advantage Resources section of this article. 

 

Question: If my students do not gain access to my vhlcentral courses via the Follett ACCESS Program do I have to update my direct-to-vhlcentral LTI-Advantage integration? 

Answer: If your school does not require students to gain access to your courses via the Follett ACCESS Program you may continue using your direct-to-vhlcentral LTI-Advantage integration.

Follett-Willo Course Pairing for 2025-2026 Academic Year

Available from Follett-Willo, technology enhancements streamline the setup within Willo technology by reducing the need for instructors to manually pair courses. When a match is found, instructors can bypass the pairing step in Willo technology and move directly to configuring courseware for vhlcentral.

Any student experiencing course materials access issues after launching from their instructor's LMS course to vhlcentral via the Follett Digital Access program onboarding path may create a ticket with the Follett Support team at Follett Support. Students will be asked to provide as much detail as possible when submitting a ticket.

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
