In 2025, you may have logged in to MyConversationTrainer (MCT) via SSO using your Google account credentials to access MCT. We will remove the SSO option with Google from our login options on December 19, 2025 to better protect your privacy and your data. After December 19, MCT users will be prompted to set up a new password and unique account credentials to login.
We encourage you to make a credentials update prior to December 19. You may continue using the Google email address that is currently associated with your MCT account, however you will need to set a new password in the system. You may use the Reset Password link located on the login page the next time you access MyConversationTrainer or the popup modal pictured below.
