Manage Roster: Add Grace Periods – Support Center

Educators can give students a two-week financial aid grace period, allowing students temporary access to their Supersite 3.0, Portales or Portails course material.

From the Grades menu, select Manage Roster.
On the Roster page, click on the ellipsis icon and select Manage Grace Periods from the drop-down menu.

On the Manage Grace Periods page, locate the Eligible Students list and select the checkbox next to each student who should receive a grace period.
Click ADD GRACE PERIOD to apply the grace period to the selected student(s).
The Students with Grace Periods list displays all students who have been granted a grace period and serves as a record of previously applied grace periods.
