FAQ: How can I get a refund of my VHL online store purchase?


If you purchased a package that included a printed textbook, please click on the following link and refer to the "Returns" section: http://vistahigherlearning.com/contact/help/

As of January 1, 2016, Vista Higher Learning no longer accepts returns on any standalone code sales. If you purchased a code only package, you will not be able to return it for any reason. Only packages that contain physical books will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase.

Please make sure to check to ensure that you are purchasing the correct package for your course before continuing to the check-out process. No exceptions to the policy will be made for any reason.

Refunds take up to 30 days to process after the materials are received in the warehouse and/or any access codes have been deactivated.

If you purchased a textbook package or a Supersite code at your schools' bookstore or another online retailer, please contact the bookstore or the online retailer.
