In addition to to submitting the report error button on the error page (this goes direct to the vhlcentral server logs), please use the Tech Support Web Request form to report the issue to our tech support team. You may also report the error to one of our support chat agents. Include:
- The name of the Book/Program you are using
- The name of the vhlcentral course and section
- Provide a detailed summery outlining the sequence of actions leading to the Server Error
- Include “RB” Serve Error ID (see image above for reference) and a screenshot (when possible)
