Issue: After uploading an avatar image, the image doesn't appear in your account despite confirmation received about success of the file upload.
Workaround
- Clear cookies and cache on your browser. https://support.vhlcentral.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000341807-A-Master-Guide-How-to-Clear-Cache-Internet-Files-on-Your-Web-Browser
- Confirm in Settings>Account that you are able to see the image.
- Upload the image file again, if necessary.
