What will happen to our existing accounts?
Existing accounts will be closed. Data associated with Clever will be removed in accordance with standard data retention and deletion policies.
Will existing data merge into the new accounts?
No, new accounts will be created, and data from previous accounts will not be transferred or merged.
How long will it take for accounts to be created?
New accounts will be created once we begin receiving rostering data via OneRoster files through SFTP. The data is processed during nightly syncs.
Overall setup time may vary based on how quickly your IT team and ours can coordinate and complete the required steps.
How are non-teacher accounts created, and how do they log in?
We currently support only the student and instructor roles.
- Additional instructors (e.g., co-teachers) can be assigned to a course as co-instructors.
- Administrative users can be set up with access to manage site licenses, but they will not have access to courses.
Do you support ClassLink Roster Server?
At this time, we support SFTP exports from ClassLink Roster Server only. Direct app integrations are not supported.
